What does the conversion process involve?

Step 2: Design and Preparation
We’ll develop the design based on your preferences. We’ll make decisions regarding the layout, materials, insulation, electrical systems, ventilation, and finishes—all tailored to how you use the space on a daily basis. This way, we avoid any surprises during construction.
Step 3: Implementation and Delivery

Technical capabilities
A shipping container is a sturdy steel structure that can be customized in virtually any way. The most common modifications for commercial projects include insulation for year-round use, electrical installations (including lighting and outlets), ventilation and climate control, custom-made windows and doors, and specific finishes for walls, floors, and ceilings.
In addition, we install security solutions such as reinforced locks or alarm systems, and we can equip containers with plumbing fixtures or network connections as needed.
